Building listening, focus and self control through music and movement
Parent-Child: Little Movers, Big Thinking is a playful, interactive programme designed for parents and young children to explore music and movement together. Through songs, rhythmic games, simple dances and imaginative movement, children build essential skills such as listening, focus and self-control in a fun, supportive environment. Parents are guided to actively participate, strengthening the connection while learning simple strategies they can use at home to support their child’s attention and emotional regulation.
The session encourages confidence, creativity and cooperation, helping little movers develop big thinking skills through joyful shared experiences.
